CHAPTER 15. UTILITIESCHAPTER 15. UTILITIES\Article 2. Domestic Water Well Code

There is hereby incorporated by reference, for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing and controlling the development, maintenance and use of water supplies in order that public health will be protected and the contamination and pollution of the water resources of the City will be prevented a certain code known as the Domestic Water Well Code of Sedgwick County, created by Sedgwick County Resolution No. 190-05 and as hereinafter may be modified or amended. This Domestic Water Well Code of Sedgwick County is hereby incorporated by reference for the same purposes as set forth with this section. No fewer than three (3) copies of the Domestic Water Well Code of Sedgwick County shall be marked “Official Copy as adopted by Ordinance No. 687”, to which shall be attached a copy of the adopting ordinance, and filed with the City Clerk to be open to inspection and available to the public at all reasonable hours.
