A ORDINANCE AMENDING CHARTER ORDINANCE NO. 4 EXEMPTING THE CITY OF GARDEN PLAIN, KANSAS, FROM K.S.A. 15-209, AND CREATING THE OFFICE OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF GARDEN PLAIN, KANSAS:

SECTION 1. The City of Garden Plain, Kansas, hereby deletes “Section 3” and “Section 7” and renames all sections accordingly.

SECTION 2. The City of Garden Plain, Kansas, hereby amends newly renamed “Section 4” to read as follows:

“Section 4. The City Administrator shall perform those duties as set forth in the City of Garden Plain’s Personnel and Policy Guidelines.”
